Yalem Teferra is a passionate corporate girl turned cook who loves to incorporate Ethiopian spices and flavors in her creations. She spent several months travelling around Africa and Europe working in several restaurants, and now cooks and works in Brooklyn.
More than anything, she wants to bring people together over a shared meal, and bring awareness to global diasporic cuisine and intentional hospitality.
